We had center island replaced which exposed unstained wood. David did an outstanding job of matching the stain. You can’t tell the difference from the original stain and David’s work. He was relentless persistent in his quest to match then stain exactly. Thank you so much!!!

Vardis custom floors removed our old floor and replaced it with a beautiful luxury vinyl. Our slab was very uneven and David took the time to level it and install the floor correctly. The finished product is better than we had imagined, and it is a really quality job, built to last. David was on time, worked diligently to finish the job on time, even though that meant he had to work on a holiday and the weekend. David is extremely meticulous, he puts a lot of thought into how he’s going to lay the planks and his workmanship is of very high quality (great detail around corners, doors & trim). He installed luxury vinyl planks through out my entire down stairs; I absolutely love it and wish I had it done sooner. I want to note that I have an 80lb. Boxer dog and he has not made one scratch to my new floors; I’ve had to lay down a few throw rugs for him but, the vinyl material is unbelievably durable! What I also really like about this flooring is IF it should somehow get a scratch or ding all you have to do is have that one damaged plank of vinyl pulled up and replaced! David was not only thorough, meticulous and careful in doing the job from start to finish, he was also flexible and very easy to communicate with during the entire process. It doesn’t hurt that he has a great personality; he literally whistles while he works. As if the floors weren’t enough, David gladly took on some side jobs, such as hooking up our washer/dryer, re-connecting other appliances, and installing closet doors. Basically, he won’t be happy until the client is happy. We highly recommend Vardis for any flooring job.

Well, the other reviews are correct. David does a fine job. He had a tough task with my beat up hand scraped engineered floors. He did a screen and coat along with meticulous color matching which stumped him at times. It took him a day or two longer on the job due to the years of floor abuse, but that’s because he made sure the floor was completely cleaned of any past solvent build up so the Bona Traffic finish coat adhered properly. He’s a perfectionist and a fair priced one man show. He showed up on time and cleaned up well. What the hell else would you want out of a contractor...Bravo.

David installed southern pine flooring in my master bedroom and did a superb job. He matched the color of the floor in the bedroom to the warm color of the rest of the house which was installed many years ago. I could not be more pleased. He is excellent. David also removed portions of my living room floor so that electrical lines and outlets could be installed under the flooring to avoid tripping hazards. After the electrical work was completed, he installed new flooring matching it to the old. Amazing work. I would recommend Vardis floors for their top quality and professional service. I contracted David to install new wood floors in my two bedrooms to match 60+ year old floors in the rest of my condo. Amazing workmanship! The photos on his website depict the hard work he put into it - from beginning to finished floors. The floors are amazingly beautiful with a lustre and stain that compliments the existing wood floors. He also completed repairs with such precision you can’t tell the wood slat was replaced.
